Great Southern Regional Housing Initiative Civil Works

A significant state government incentive to update key worker accommodation and provide affordable housing options for seniors in our regional towns. Four houses were completed in Tambellup by RM Smith & Sons for which we completed final trim and assisted landscaping by preparing driveways, lawned areas, fence lines and spreading and levelling bluemetal for brick paving. Five units in Cranbrook by White Building Company for which we also completed final trim, driveway preparation and final site clean up. Two houses in Gnowangerup by Wauters Enterprise which we completed similar great southern civil works for. Nov 2019 – Feb 2020.
